This page provides clients access to a series of tools which will enable self – coaching. Coaching as an intervention advocates that each of us inherently knows the answers to our problems. With this in mind, The Workcoach would like to share some tools beginning with the ‘Set your Goal’ exercise. Not only will this allow you to record and set goals it will also prompt self-awareness, spark insights and tweak mind-sets enough to create progress.
It is a step by step process that will lead you to decide on actions needed to achieve your desires or at the very least provide you with increased awareness of who you are.
The ‘Set Your Goal’ exercise can be completed on a desktop or phone and will produce a set of actions based on the information you input at each step.
